Terms of Service

Commissions may take between a week to a month to finish. If you need it in a certain amount of time please let me know.
During the school year most commissions with probably be completed within a month.
The art commissioned is only for personal and non-commercial use - this includes being resold/replicated, turned into merch or prints, or any other kind of commercial-production
Speaking of, the art Commissioned will only be digital and not a physical peice
In no way can my art be used for AI
I reserve the right to use finished pieces as examples or post them to my socials (unless specifically asked otherwise)
I need at least one reference sheet for a commission
For almost every commission listed below we will discuss the exact payment at the beginning of the commission process as some of the more pricey options - such as the comic pages or the reference sheets.

Simple Drawings

Base: Meaning flatcolor and no shading
Shaded: Meaning rendered
Both can have a simple background such as a gradient or flat-color background

I reserve the right to determine weather a character has a complex design.

Comic Page

I reserve the right to determine if a character has a complex design.
I reserve the right to determine if a background is complex or not.
The more panels and characters a Comic page has the longer the page
will take to complete. (Expect the commission no later than at least a month)

Expression Sheet

I say ‘Expression Sheet’ but it’s more like an interaction sheet I guess.
The more interactions/expressions the longer it will take to complete.
Reference Sheets + Family Trees

The Family Tree is kind of like a build-it-yourself kind of commission.
Custom Design

This kind of commission is specifically for a custom character design.
I will need a description of the character such as coloring,
pose, expression, patterns, clothes, ext.

Most of the general things I will or will not do for commissions
I’m open to discussing details and other kinds of commissions that aren’t listed here

All interactions/payments will be through PayPal
You can reach out through my socials like Insta and Tumblr but preferably not Deviantart as there are a ton of bots
After details are discussed I will send a colored sketch, during this process you can get up to three drafts of a commission before an additional fee will be charged. This process is specifically for the composition/juxtaposition/layout of the piece. (Example here)
After this process I will start the commission. If the buyer is interested they can request for progress updates
During the final stages the buyer can ask for tweaks such as changing the colors or adjusting the background, ext. If a larger tweak is asked - such as changing the position of the character’s body, an additional fee will be charged.
After I have finished the peice I will send a test-final to the buyer to see if they are satisfied. This will be the final chance for any changes to the Peice

For bigger commissions half of the payment will be required up front while the other half will be required after I send the pre-final piece, after I receive payment I will send the final product.
